Does anyone have a lot of experience with creating custom bins? I have many Wera tools and want a cutout where the tool lays perfectly in the mold so don’t just trace the outer line. I don’t have a scanner or other crazy stuff and it should be easy so maybe don’t Modeling the whole tool to use it as a negative.
I hate it when you just cut the outer line because you have a permanent sound of rattle.
Long story short, I designed a sign and wanted a 1,5mm fillet on the edges and it doesn’t worked well. I got an error but I could do a 1,4mm fillet and also a 2mm fillet so there is enough material what is the problem here is
