Handstand queues - "Rib Cage In"

Wondering how to keep the rib cage in. Its hard to understand when it is in or what should be activated.

I watched a gymnast and he said that you activate the muscles of the diaphragm which makes sense, but to activate the diaphragm do you not kind of hold your breath, or am I missing a queue?

Gymnastic Endurance and Strength Baseline

I'm talking things like, being able to do x amount of handstand push ups, hold a handstand for at least x amount or 30 toe to bars. I understand there are levels, but if someone could show me a good overall level and a good national level.

Interested to know from a range of athletes as I'm wondering if I'm conditioning myself enough, as currently I can't really do perfect toe to bars for example (using shoulders and back).

Bonus if someone suggests a good circuit to do and ideas for conditioning training.
