It’s 12 am and this car suddenly appeared when I went inside nobody there.

My Ark Gen 2 has failed and I've got the whole thing on video before I go into Samsung's service process wondering who else has been through this.

The failure: the panel powers on and displays a PERFECT image for about 2–3 seconds home screen and Samsung TV Plus render sharp and normal. Then the picture collapses into a dim, hazy backlight glow while the monitor is still powered on. After that: no picture, no menus, no OSD. It happens on the built-in smart hub with no external source connected, so it's not my PC, GPU, or any cable.

What I've already done:

- Unplugged the One Connect box from the wall for 60+ seconds

- Reseated the One Invisible Connection cable at both ends, checked for damage

- Charged and re-paired the Ark Dial

- Confirmed it reproduces with zero inputs connected

Since the image renders perfectly at first, the One Connect box and mainboard are clearly outputting a good signal the panel just stops displaying it seconds in.

Bought replacement one connect box made sure everything matches serial number wise. But as soon as I turn it on screen goes completely blurry everything else works tho sound works it looks like it’s the screen going in blur mode
