Kupovina stana pod hipotekom

Situacija je sledeća.

Pronašli smo stan koji nam se dopao, međutim, taj stan je pod hipotekom još nekih 20.000 treba da se isplati i ne vodi se na vlasnika koji prodaje već na Građevinsku direkciju Srbije. Kako postupati u tom slučaju? Da li će banka hteti da odobri kredit pod takvim uslovima?

I da, ako imate predlog dobrog advokata u Bg, bila bih zahvalna.

My baby is 2.5 months old, and I'm curious what eye color they're likely to end up with.

I have hazel eyes with green tones, and my husband has amber-brown eyes. One grandmother has green eyes, and one grandfather has blue eyes.

Based on our family's eye colors, what do you think our baby's eye color will be? When did your baby's eye color settle, and was your guess correct?
