I used to go to therapy for a while a few years ago but stopped due to the expense. Ive been having a hard time mentally recently and I want to give therapy another try. Unfortunately, it’s not something my family can afford. This past year has been full of me trying and failing to get better and feel less depressed but truly nothing I have done on my own has worked. I feel like therapy is something that would really help me. Do you think there is anyway I can get the help I need?
