I have been on ART for almost 2 years now. I want to know if my kidney function will mess up in the future what will be the course of action then. Till now it's fine.

I have been on TLD for over 1.5 years.

Since my diagnosis I have done lft and kft for atleast 5 times.

Initially my liver enzymes were elevated, but after in 4 tests it was normal.

Now, I feel my liver function is getting affected, live frequent bowel movement, and scars on face, and a little pale.

I haven't tested yet. Any advice.
