Micro-stuttering in games on a high FPS PC – can’t find the cause

Hi everyone, I’ve been having micro-stuttering issues in CS2 and I can’t figure out what’s causing it.

The game runs at high FPS, but I still get random small freezes/stutters while playing. It makes the game feel laggy and inconsistent even though the FPS looks fine.

should I change the RAM with 6000 cl30?
**PC Specs:**
CPU:Ryzen 5 9600x
GPU:rtx 5060
RAM:16gb ddr5 5600mhz cl40
Motherboard:asrock b650i
SSD/HDD: kingston gen3
PSU: msi mag a650gl gold 80+ full modular
Monitor + refresh rate: Acer nitro 240hz

**Things I already tried:**

Updating/reinstalling drivers
Fresh Windows install
XMP on/off
Checked temperatures
Tested V-Sync/G-Sync on and off
BIOS update
Different power settings
