Ongoing issues following update to 1.15.20.4413

So following the firmware update a few weeks ago, has anyone managed to get the issues resolved?

My robot is now essentially an expensive remote control car at the moment, it randomly pauses during tasks, blades stop turning, starts doing random turns in the middle of tasks and doesn't follow the map so doesn't cut whole areas.

I've contacted support numerous times and have tried all of their suggestions, changed to iNavi, turned obstacle detection of, reset robot and RTK and nothing has worked. I've only had the mower a few months and when I started mowing in April I was seriously impressed at how well it cut the lawns and fields, so I'm now obviously disappointed after a month that an update has broken it.

Support now keep just telling me they are escalating my case and I will receive an email in due course and keep telling me "I will make sure they prioritise this, it may take some time to resolve. Thank you for your patience and understanding"

What are my next steps from here? Do we think the issues will ever get resolved or do I just start the process of trying to get my credit card company to start a dispute and do a charge back?
