how deep should i know diagrams for landon baillie’s 207 course?

i’ve been hearing different things so i’m wondering if the visuals on slices are a big portion of the midterm or not cuz some of them seem very detailed as compared to what is on the slides

do i have to read the textbook for bmsc 207 landon baillie’s class?

i’m planning on just using the lecture slides to study. is there any content on exams that does not come from the slides?

was the plsc 214 final hard?

i’m a bit worried for taking the plsc 214 final since i’m seeing lots of posts saying it went bad this year.

previous years, i heard all good things about plsc 214 and that is was easy.. this year it’s the opposite.

any advice or tips would be super helpful!

is landon baillie a good prof? will i be able to do good in his bmsc 207 class by just studying from the slides only?

usually most of my classes ive done pretty well with just studying from the slides, unless the prof explicitly states that there will be material from the textbook specifically tested.

so im just wondering if i can aim in the 90s in this class by just using the info from the slides. or will testable info come from elsewhere too?

i applied for a final exam deferral but i know that obviously my final grade for that course is gonna be uploaded on paws in a few days and im gonna have a pretty low final grade because i wasn’t able to make it to my final exam.

so do i just ignore the grade right now and wait for until they accept the deferral? like i mean if they do end up accepting the deferral and i take the deferred exam, my grade would be updated right?

so like its fine if my grade would be a 40 rn, bc if they accept the deferred exam, then my result would go up because i would have taken the deferred exam right?

idk if that makes sense 😭
