Septic maintenance recommendations

Bought a house on septic, never had it before. Any recommendations for companies that handle septic maintenance or a go to for any septic issues?

My husband and I likely don’t qualify for Ch 7 due to high income ($215k ish, 1 child). Located in VA

We have about:

145k in CC and personal loans

55k in car loans

200k in student loans (his are IBR that hasn’t be recertifed yet so payment will def increase 110k @$250/mo, mine is 90k in forebearance due to SAVE).

We also pay mortgage $3800/mo.

After the above payments, life expenses, utilizes we are drowning. I want to bring up filing bankruptcy to my husband. We are considering moving to reduce our mortgage. Likely saving $500-600/mo. But once student loans are recertified and toddler is in daycare, we still won’t have enough and will be in the negative.

So my questions are:

Were you able to keep your house?

Were you able to keep your car?

What about new expenses that decrease your ability to pay the bankruptcy payment (student loan recalculated payment, daycare, surprise medical bill, etc)?

Anyone have a bankruptcy plan that still left them with money left over for surprise expenses?
