I am trying to get a setup going for anime on my crt. I want to actually watch stuff not just occasionally take pictures so I need a flow to get anime with subs on a crt. I saw that other people use PS3 to get the analog output, and I bought a PS3 but am struggling. If I use universal media server then no matter what I do it will not display subtitles, it's also an extra pain to use. Using a flash drive would be ideal for me but I need to be able to have subtitles work. It would be nice if I didn't have to add an extra software tool to the process to bake in the subs. Does anyone have a good working setup that isn't a pain? I would love some good explanations of peoples setups. Thanks!

Basically the title, I am trying to install CFW and PS3Xploit flash writer says "You cannot use this tool because you have already installed CFW!" I then tried to install EvilNAT 4.93 through safe mode but it says that the data is corrupted. Where do I go from here? My only goal is to install Movian because getting anime subs to work with Universal Media Server and the built-in streamer is proving to be difficult. Is there an easier way? The only requirement is anime with subs that work. If i can do that without even hacking that would work too.
