Hi everyone! I’m a male undergraduate student looking for a summer sublease, room, apartment, or shared housing in DC from June 1st to August 15th.
I’ll be in DC for a summer government internship and am hoping to find something with an easy commute to downtown DC / Judiciary Square / Gallery Place / Metro Center / Foggy Bottom / Dupont Circle. I’m open to other neighborhoods too as long as they’re safe and close to Metro.
My budget is ideally under $1,800/month, and I’d prefer a private room or studio, but I’m open to shared apartments if it’s a good fit. Furnished would be ideal.
A bit about me: I’m clean, respectful, quiet, and will mostly be focused on work during the summer. I don’t smoke/drink, and I’m happy to provide more info, LinkedIn, school email, or do a quick call.
