every time i try to load into save the world it gives me this error message any ideas on how to fix it?

I'm on an cut and wanted to track my cheat meal, but popeyes is saying that a 4 pc chicken is only around 800-900 calories. My fitness pal is saying it's 1200 if i log them individually. What would an accurate calorie count be?
