Calories in just the tenders? They were listed as each being 1/4 lbs (1/2 lb for 2).

For someone who’s classified as obese in the UK, I’m actually a very active person. I recently ran my first marathon and did all the training that came with it, plus recovery activities like swimming, walking, etc. But the scale never really budged. I know you can build muscle through running, but I didn’t feel like it made a big difference to my face or body either.
Anyway, to the point…
I’ve started calorie counting to help manage my weight and shift some unwanted kilos. I’m currently eating 1,800 calories a day as instructed (update: confused people with this one, I used the NHS app and input my data to get this number), but I’m also burning around 400–600 calories through physical activity. Should I be eating those calories back too?
I want to do this in the most sustainable way possible, not as a “quick fix.” I’ve done that before and ended up putting all the weight back on, plus more, within a few months. Thank you in advance!
Always dreamed on finding app like this and now with ai I managed to make my own yay.
It visually counts calories. It ticks down at the rate which you burn calories, 2200 for me. can easily add consumed calories by clicking add 50 (or custom ammount) and can easily add calories lost thru exercising by pressing -50 (or custom ammount)
What do yall think? I can share it if someone wants to try it.
Went out for lunch with a friend and ordered Pho with chicken - would appreciate a calorie estimate, as the menu had none. It was a really large portion (my relatively average sized hand for reference in second picture) that I didn’t end up finishing. Unfortunately the noodles aren’t very visible here but I would guess at there being at least 200-250g.
A friend made this traditional homemade dish for me! It’s multiple layers of thin flatbread with a minced meat and tomato sauce, topped with garlic yogurt.
I scanned it, and my AI app says it's 720 calories, but it looks much heavier to me.
I had half a piece of salmon with white rice and then a bowl of rice greens and chicken
This is an edo japan shrimp bowl with broccoli, 12 shrimp, cabbage and carrots, and cauliflower rice underneath and im just curious about how accurate the website nutrition information is. It says 460calories with rice but minus 240 calories if you replace with cauliflower rice making it 220 calories. Does that sound accurate?
Omelet includes onion, spinach and American cheese! Toast is multigrain bread with no butter. The hashbrowns I barely touched / didn’t have.
Fries, fried boneless chicken pieces, a ranch sauce, another creamy garlic-y sauce, hot sauce and ketchup. Ignore the drink it’s sugar free. Help!
16 pieces of sashimi.
I’m so confused rn. How many cups is 1 tbsp if 2 makes 5? Am I just brain dead or horrible at math?😭
Beef chow fun, broccoli beef, and a small side of salt and pepper chicken

Guys the bowl is 16,5 x 2cm it’s rice, ground beef and pees I didn’t eat the nuts please be honest was 500 calories a safe estimate? (look at the next pic to see how full the plate was)
>Ingredients:
Small thin crust pizza (12", cut 8 slices), light cheese, garlic, mushrooms, spinach, and onions.
The sausage is turkey sausage and the bread is sourdough, there was definitely some butter on it. 5 whole eggs
are there anyone from the middle east who knows this specific brand of laban (unikai)?
i was trying to log it because my coworker gave me a 200mL box and i was surprised to see it having only 56 calories for the whole box. i checked on my app (MFP) and saw that another brand i trust more (almarai) has 60 calories for 100mL.
i still logged it as 120 cals for 200mL because i feel like the 56 cals is sketchy. should i follow the box label?
