Pros and cons of this split?

Don’t kill me for maybe beeing ignorant.
What do you think about a Anterior / Posterior x Torso / Limbs / Torso Split?

You would hit Shoulders, Chest and Back 3x per week and Arms and Legs 2x per week in a 5 days span.
If you don‘t care about legs you could just do Push / Pull instead of AP and in general this split is obviously for people that prioritize the upper body.

The split could look something like this:
Torso, Limbs, Torso, Rest, Anterior, Posterior, Rest with around 9-10 exercises each day.

I don’t think it would be more volume than a Full body 3x a week or an U/L/U/L/U.

Could this work or be beneficial for prioritizing your upper body and what would be the pros and cons?

Thinking about buying a walking pad

I want to buy a walking pad but I’m on quite a small budget, I want to spend max 200€ on it but would prefer if it’s cheaper.
I know I can’t really expect something good for this price but I thought maybe some people here could suggest some great budget walking pads, should have incline and longevity is important to me due to my small budget.
I found this one on amazon on sale, maybe someone has it and can review it for me.
Also let me know if you think it’s worth it getting a walking pad, I want to use it will watching a movie in the evening to get some more steps in.

About to buy my first air fryer

Im about to buy my first air fryer, after looking for quite a bit I found this one, I really like that it’s space saving and has two chambers. Does somebody here have this air fryer or suggests another one? It would cost 150 euros.

Looking for my first Air fryer

So I want to buy my first air fryer, mainly because I go to the gym a lot and changed my eating habits and a air fryer would make things a lot easier.

I thought maybe here someone could recommend one that’s fits my needs for example.

I was thinking about buying one with two compartments to make food, I mainly want to make potato wedges, meat like chicken or fish and vegetables.
I’m from Europe if that makes a difference.

Your personal superfoods?

What are your personal superfoods?
I mean foods that are game changers for you and are a stable in for daily or weekly nutrition plan, because of they’re macros, micros or health benefits.
Can be mainstream foods or even better foods that not everyone would think are just great.
I personally love red lentils and eat them as often as possible.

Game changers especially in nutrition for a longer/healthier life?

What are your goated things to do for a healthier and longer life?

I’m especially interested in food, what should you eat daily/weekly that has immense health benefits, can even be more abstract like common eating habits from other countries where the people life longer.

Of course supplements and habits that are just game changers are also appreciated, the simpler the better about every topic.
