Please help need to fix my truck

Okay so I live in California I drove of to Perris to Orange and back I went to fuel up and notice it was dripping coolant I check radiator and coolant tank and it was low so I bought some then drove back to Perris.

Before getting home my truck started to have trouble to accelerate and made a popping sound

I got home and notice a hose had a small leak so I fixed it put more coolant and tried to test drives it now it won’t accelerate and makes the popping noise as I turn the truck on. I made 8 trips to auto zone fixed change spark plugs and new spark plug cables new distributor cap new master air flow sensor new fuel tank filter

Anyone have any idea I can do I didn’t take a video of how it’s doing but I start it up has trouble idling and makes the popping noise through air intake please help

I started 2 months ago I’m I doing good?

As title says I started 2 months ago with my weight lost
First of all I work on pools tile building small planters etc. and I do my dailies 10k steps from there .
I was at 270 lb and I was tired of looking bad so this is when I started

I only eat 1300 - 1400 calories per day track the on myfitnessapp and I go to the gym everyday ( except this week got busy)

I have lost 30 lb and I don’t know if that is okay I mean I don’t feel bad sure there are days I feel tired but that also depends on work days how heavy we had it for that day

I am currently at 240 lb and will be counting until I hit 180
