Tried like everything suggested none of it is working

my clip is playing in slowmotion and desyncing with the audio which is playing at normal speed

first time downloading and yeah no clue what I'm doing

Clip is 1920x1080

Recorded in 480fps

I have another video recorded in 240 and I had the same issue but realized the problem there was that my playback and timeline framerate were different. I set them both to 24 and it worked. I did the same thing for my 480 clip and that did not work.
