Rental market is absolutely cooked at the moment, I think i’ve scrolled up and down realestate, marketplace and flatmates twice a day for the last week and i’m at my limit.

Quiet retreat, good vibes, “not a party house”, i’d be scared to drop a spoon in the sink without a following whatsapp message.

Where are all the 2AM league screamers, Warhammer painters, musicians and weirdos at. Obviously remaining somewhat tidy and not gobling out, rent on time and the usual upkeep, but home smells like nerding out and not stepping over mosaics to pick fruit in open floor plan Rapid Creek “verandah dwellings”.
