Hi i'm trying to build a pc for a cousin of mine. Last year, i broke his pc which lead to him only using a bootleg laptop to play games. I'm completely blind and don't know anything about spec. I got a RTX 3070 Ti from a friend with maybe a build that could game and code cause my cousin has been trying to learn coding for game coding. I have a 500-700CAD$ budget.
