What's the best mattress for side sleepers like me who start on my side and wake up on my back?

I’m shopping for a new mattress and realized my sleeping position changes way more than I thought. I fall asleep on my side almost every night, but sometimes during the night I usually end up on my back. Occasionally I’ll wake up half on my side with one leg completely out of position lol.

Most of the advice I’m finding seems written for people who stay in one position all night. That makes it hard to figure out what firmness I should even be looking at.

I’ve tried a softer mattress before and liked it for the first few nights, but eventually felt like I was sinking too much. I’m considering a medium-firm hybrid or something adjustable where i can change the feel a bit.

For anyone who switches between side and back sleeping, what mattress are you using now? Anything you bought that you’d actually buy again?

galaxy z flip vs motorola razr - I picked one and it changed how I use my phone

I used to have a huge phone and I hated it. Switched to a flip to force myself to use my phone less.

So, I tested both. The razr felt more premium and the design is gorgeous. BUT, the Flip felt "smarter" better software, better camera, better ecosystem.

For days, I was torn between style vs function. Eventually,  it made more sense to me to end up going with function, but I still wanted it to feel special.

Does magnesium help you relax enough to notice a difference?

i have been paying more attention to my evenings lately instead of looking for another trick to fall asleep faster. one thing i cant figure out is whether magnesium gets recommended because people genuinely notice a difference or because its usually part of a solid bedtime routine. the people who swear by it also seem to have everything else dialed in already.

i am thinking about trying magnesium caps but im more interested in feeling relaxed before bed than simply getting sleepy. if you have used it consistently what actually changed for you? was it something you noticed pretty quickly or over a few weeks?
