How do I reduce vocal strain/tightness?

Hi, this is my first time posting anything on reddit but I desperately need advice! I’ve been a very musically inclined person my entire life but my hugest issue is that my voice strains so easily whenever I speak or sing. I try to get my throat to relax, focus on breath support, and use my diaphragm but I’m not seeing much improvement. I’m not sure if it’s because i’m doing something wrong or if I just haven’t been looking in the right places but it’s really impacting my vocal stamina and I can really only sing for about a minute or two without pain nor can I speak too long without feeling this strain. I’m not sure if it has something to do with the fact that my voice might still be developing (i’m 17) or if I just have really bad technique. I’ve never really received much criticism on anything vocally but there’s obviously an issue (which is why I came here)! Is there any exercises or things I should look into try reducing this strain/tightness?
