i was revising on teams so i wasn’t running anything heavy and it randomly appeared how it does in the picture then it was frozen so i powered off my laptop using the button and it would turn back on as i was using it to charge my phone and it was still charging and my laptop was also plugged into a charger i have taken the back off and none of the leads i can see are loose

I cant post the picture but the screen had what was on it before it happened then a layer of glitch on top of it and it had froze about 30 minutes before that but no glitch and i restarted it and it turned back on like normal
Its a hp laptop
