Our 4 year old golden has a thick coat, even after a trip to the groomer. And he also LOVES the lake. Even after a heavy drying and brushing he almost always gets hotspots. Not just behind the ears. Then it’s trimming and ointment. I don’t know if he’s just more susceptible than he should be, but It’s gotten to the point that we have to leave him home when we go to the lake and I feel bad.

I know shaving reduces his ability to regulate temperature, and can reduce his protection from the sun. But I’ve been debating it so that he can come out with us. Anyone have another option for us? I know shaving is the big no no regarding goldens.

Just started Abbadons gate. And i feel like i missed something story wise. The end of caliban doesn’t mention the proto molecule building the ring. It mentions the PM leaving Venus, and Miller saying “we need to talk” but it doesn’t say anything about a ring forming until we hear about the belter slingshotting into it. I listened to “gods of risk” and “drive”. Is there another short story I was supposed to read between the main books? Or is it just something we’re supposed to put together?

Downloading leviathan wakes on audible right now. How necessary are the novellas? They are short (which makes sense) but I’m cheap and don’t want to spend credits on 8 short books.

I’ve been listening to in keeping secrets and good Apollo for the last two decades and just never bought another album untill today when I got no world for tomorrow.

I just bought tickets to an August show, and now I have a bunch of homework. I know everyone has their own idea of what’s best listening order wise, but I’d like some recommendations. I like good Apollo a lot. Like a lot a lot.

Can someone clear up how it works?

I picked one up while playing with a friend and he seemed to get xp when I got gold. Is xp paired with all players? If that’s so, can one person take it and focus all the synergising items, and the other person will get the benefits as well? Also what would you guys pair with it?
