Potentially looking to upgrade from a 3060ti to a 5070, but I have some questions

My current build is:

Ryzen 5 5600 (non X)

16gb DDR4 RAM

RTX 3060 ti

550 watt psu

1080p monitor at 144hz

At this point in time, I don’t really have the budget to move over to AM5. And I’d like to have something that would last and give me some flexibility to upgrade to 1440p if I do decide, although right now I’m happy with 1080p.

I guess I have 3 questions.

Do I need to be concerned with my cpu at all, I’ve heard it will be a minor bottleneck but not really anything to be too concerned about.

Will my current power supply be enough?

Does it make sense to upgrade now? Current state of memory prices aside. I worry that while my card is serving my purposes fine right now, it might not fair as well in only a couple years time. Games like 007 run well but I do think it’s pushing my card quite a bit and showing its age some. And with games like gta 6 (hopefully) on the horizon, as well as other games coming out, I worry about the current longevity of my card. It’s also an 8gb card, and with the current state of game optimization being questionable, I wonder if I’m missing out not being able to take advantage of things like frame gen.

Sorry for the long winded post. I like to put a lot of thought into my potential purchases. I know some of my motivation is currently driven by some complete unknowns, but sometimes I’d rather be safe than sorry. Especially when a new console generation is getting closer. Plus, with how memory prices are right now, I don’t even want to think about how much the 60 series may cost
