🧪 Looking for 5 Etsy sellers to beta test a new bookkeeping app (completely free)
Hi everyone 👋
I'm building a bookkeeping app designed specifically for solo and small sellers who sell on platforms like Etsy (and Vinted, own shops, etc.) — and I'm looking for 5 sellers to help me test it before launch.
What the app does:
- Automatically pulls in your Etsy sales and order data via API — no manual entry, no downloading CSVs
- If you sell on other platforms too (Vinted, your own website, craft fairs, etc.), it pulls all of that into one place so you can see your full picture — and create invoices and quotes for sales that happen outside of Etsy
- Tracks all your expenses in one place
- Personalises everything to your business/brand
- Reminds you about tax deadlines
- Even helps you figure out what level of tax reporting you should be doing, and generates a prompt you can use with AI to walk you through filling in your return
It's built by a seller, for sellers — not by accountants trying to make things complicated.
I know Etsy already handles invoices for sales on their platform — this isn't about replacing that. It's about having one app that collates everything across all the places you sell, so come tax time you're not juggling five different dashboards and a spreadsheet.
What I'm looking for:
- 5 people willing to use the app for a few weeks and give honest feedback
- You'd join a small WhatsApp group where you can flag bugs, suggest improvements, or just tell me what's confusing
- Completely free — no card details, no catches, no "free trial that auto-charges"
- I just need real sellers using it in the real world so I can make sure it works properly before launch

Where I'm at:
The Etsy integration is built and working. I'm currently finishing up the integrations for other platforms (Vinted, etc.), so full public launch is probably a month or two out — but the tester version will be ready within a week. The core is solid, I just need real sellers poking at it in the real world before I put it out there.
