How are you all parking your emergency funds?

Do you keep it in a separate savings accounts or FDs or anything else?

When we request for withdrawl, do they evaluate only on the Employee share? And not the Employer share?

I recently requested a withdrawl of 68k (Total was 88k) - I got only 18k

Upon checking the passbook - all money was withdrawn from Employee share and none from Employer share. (for all my withdrawls)

I understand Pension share cannot be withdrawn, but wasn't aware of the Employer share.

Anyone has any clue on the rule or anything?

Doctor told me to be NWB for total 45 days (1 month post sutures removal)
PT gave some basic isometrics to do at home.

Sometimes my quad/thigh on the side starts to cramp and hurts.
How can I tackle it, I know I need to strength my quad and all, but how or where do I start.
