Starting again need tips
So I’m now fat as fuck and it feels absolutely disgusting I was really fit in high school add 4 pack was in track now I’m 21 haven’t done any exercise since I was 18 I used to run 5 or 10 miles a day now I can barely run .5 a mile so any tips I’m walk-jogging rn for a mile not trying to get abs again just losing weight and I’m realizing to not push my self so much because my body is not as good as it was but I’m more disappointed that I let it get this bad so that’s my motivation
Ps I am 5”7 and just hit 200 I was 140 wanna get back to that and keep exercising and taking care of my body because it’s the only one I got
