Eligibility Query

I am a BTech in Mechanical graduate and I am planning to join the engine side but I have flat feet and knock knees but I can perform normal activities like running, walking etc with ease so am I eligible ?

To catch Mewtwo in Glitch World I used two passwords-

Snagmachine- to steal trainer’s pokemon

Percentlevel- to reduce mewtwo’s level to 1

So that I can easily catch it but after catching I tried to give it exp candies to level up but the candies aren’t affecting and it’s not going past level 1 at all

So can anyone help me ?
