Need Advice: Wait for Infosys Specialist Programmer Role or Join TCS Digital?
Hi everyone,
I’m in a confusing situation right now and would really appreciate some genuine advice from people who know about Infosys onboarding or have been in a similar situation.
Last year, I received an offer from Infosys for the Specialist Programmer role. Due to some onboarding issues at that time, I couldn’t join the scheduled batch, but the team informed me that I would be considered for a future batch. Since then, I’ve been waiting for updates and regularly following up, but I still haven’t received a confirmed joining date.
Now recently, I got a TCS Digital offer and also received a joining update from them. My onboarding process has already started, and I need to proceed with document submission soon.
The thing is, I genuinely want to join Infosys SP because it’s a much better role for my career growth, but I’m also worried about waiting indefinitely without any clear timeline.
So I wanted to ask:
Has anyone from the Infosys Specialist Programmer role received joining updates recently this year?
How long is Infosys taking for SP onboarding currently?
Do you think I should continue waiting for Infosys, or should I go ahead with TCS Digital for now?
Any advice or recent experiences would really help me a lot. Thanks in advance!
