As of a few days ago, things at home with my pwBPD (wife) have suddenly started to take a turn for the worst after things had been going well for a while now. We’ve been together for over 10-years and I already know where things are headed.

I’ve been in complete panic mode inside my head for the past 2 days. I feel like my brain is in cognitively frozen. For example, it’s taken me over an hour to write this post. I’m about to cry because I can’t even put together coherent sentences to make a post about how scrambled my brain feels right now. Almost like my brain is paralyzed.
