Would a bank take this bill as damaged and replace?

For about a year now, oasis dreams has been my favorite slot to play on Bovada. Recently, I have been completely unable to play it…I spin, and the game just tells me to reload, over and over again, every spin. I have contacted Bovada numerous times about this issue, and they either gaslight and tell me there is no issue, or they regurgitate the same trouble shooting steps I’ve done 1 million times. Can you guys attempt to load this game in practice mode, and let me know if you get the same results? Attached is a pic of what the game is doing to me after each and every spin. I don’t know what else to do, to get their attention on the matter so it gets fixed.
