I need some help. I did something so wrong that I need help. I had a massage with an ending out of weakness .But I immediately made tawbah and I feel extremely guilty.

I need a friend or buddy to speak to or an accountability Partner to check in with each day. Please can someone help me. I need to stop looking at Haram and I need to overcome my lust.
