I have been on spironolactone for 7 years and it worked really well in combination with birth control. I stopped taking the birth control however at the beginning of this year and my face is feeling the effects of that. It is not nearly as bad as it used to be when I was 17/18 years old, but my skin is red with little pimples. I want to stop taking Spironolactone, but I am scared I will revert back to my teenage self. Any advice?
