My Uncle got his visa refused twice. Both of them for pretty much same reason. It says financial documents are not stated properly and no clear reason that he would come back to home. He supplied all sorts of documents with more than 500k AUD fixed deposit and bank statement with around 70-80k closing balance. Anyone got visa after two times of such rejection? Anything need to improve in this case?

I am taking SIT199 and my target grade is HD. Unfortunately I missed two out of 8 core modules and the on-track tutor is not accepting it and not giving feedback. So, if I complete all the modules including the HD, D and electives perfectly. Would I still fail?
Because to pass this unit I have to complete 8 core units( others are optional)
Has anyone faced it ?
