Wireless printer issues

I have an hp wireless printer. it worked fine until I moved to a basement apartment. my iPad and mac connect fine, the printer just says not found no matter how many times.

tried internet company and hp and nobody can figure it out.

any solutions other than hardwire?

Guess the breed

Saved from ☠️ row. She looks bigger in pics. she’s slender and 33 pounds. Shorter snout. white chest, white under belly. Little white chin. white paws with little black spots.

VERY high energy and smart. Food motivated and loves to learn. I’m guessing blue heeler and something but who knows.
