I’ve been closely following the condo market in San Marcos (San Diego County) and have noticed what seems like a recent shift. It appears that some condos purchased last year are now seeing reduced values, and there are listings coming onto the market at comparatively lower prices.

I’m trying to understand what’s driving this trend. Is this primarily due to increased inventory from ongoing or newly completed construction projects in the area? Or are we seeing broader signs of market cooling impacting condo prices specifically?
