Afraid with crippling anxiety
Im about to fly back to work , the last time I was in the desert I had a mental breakdown and had to be extracted, im afraid this is going to happen again , I will lose all respect of my family, friends and most of all wife , this is mentally crazy to be doing this to myself again ,,, im terrified....
