To preface this, I am running a Bambu A1 inside a soft enclosure from Amazon running an extraction fan to outside. The filament is PolyLite ABS.

I have gotten my print settings set up well enough to print a Benchy consistently and well enough for my standards. The issue comes when I try to print a small part, like a set of industrial cabinet keys. The print keeps coming out looking like this, so it keeps getting canceled part way in. I have tried changing speeds, layer heights, multiple print profiles, and tried tweaking retraction settings, all to no avail.

What would be the likely cause to this? Wondering if it has to do with print temperature or fan percentage. Any tips appreciated, especially if its something dumb I am missing.
