How does the LCG model work when you want to build lots of casual decks?
I'm new to FFG/NSG Netrunner, and I've never purchased any LCG cards before this. (I recently purchased the three "Starter" sets -- System Gateway, Elevation, and Vantage Point -- from NSG.)
I'm wondering how the LCG model works when you want to build multiple casual decks. (I still have quite a few casual decks from my Magic days.) Across all those decks, there are bound to be more than 3 occurrences of certain cards.
I hate card sleeves, so that rules out proxy cards. And, apparently, there's no singles market.
Am I obliged to purchase additional sets from NSG, even though most of those cards will never be used? (I'm willing to do that; I just want to make sure it's my only option.)
Thanks for any insight.
EDIT: Thanks all! You've confirmed that purchasing additional sets is the way to go, for me.
I'm an old-schooler who much prefers the look, feel, and handling of unsleeved cards. 🙂
And as a bonus, I'll be contributing to NSG's fine work. 👍
