I recently started using Prime Opinion again and made around $4.48 before a screen popped up telling me "Short Break: Please verify your profile."

It asked me for my phone number and to verify a code they texted to me. Now my account is supposedly under review.

I was stuck on the "Under review" screen until I swapped to the survey screen then back to home where I was able to see surveys again (I'm assuming this means my account was okay?), but now I've been getting disqualified from basically every survey I've tried to take, even when they say they are 4.5-5 star surveys with 100s of ratings.

It doesn't matter what the pre-requisite questions are about or anything - every survey I click on tells me "You didn't qualify this time" (even after all I do is click my ethnicity).

Has anyone else experienced this and if so does it mean I'm basically unable to take surveys anymore? Have you found a way to fix it?

Before today I've been thankful to make almost 15-20 dollars a day from these surveys which has added up to help pay a few bills and take care of important things in my life; so any advice on getting my app back to where I can take the surveys again would be greatly appreciated.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

I will take 10-15 minutes completing a survey and get to the screen like "Last question we have for you..." then "You have completed this survey", but when I click submit it screens me out and I don't get paid for it at all.

Just was curious if this is an issue only with me or if it commonly occurs on FiveSurveys?
