Is the pump supposed to be really loud?

I’ve had my Gardyn for about 3 weeks now and it has started watering loudly at the crack of dawn every day and waking me up. I went looking to see how other people prevent the smart watering from kicking off overnight so they can sleep, and it doesn’t seem like the watering noise is bothersome to anyone else. Is it not supposed to be loud? Like I’m worried it’s going to bother my downstairs neighbors it’s so loud. Customer service has told me to check my pump position but I’m not sure how I’m supposed to do that, the tank is opaque and the pump moves when I lift the lid.

Apartment Complex Double Booked Loading Dock

I moved this past Saturday and my new apartment building didn't honor my loading dock reservation.

I emailed them on 5/25 and have a confirmed loading dock reservation in writing for Saturday at 11:30am. On 7/17 I emailed them to ask what time was the earliest we could pick up our keys because we wanted to do that before the movers arrived at our old apartment, and they were like "oh if you have movers coming that day you need a loading dock reservation, it's booked from 9am-1pm but you can have it from 1pm-5pm". At that point I let them know that I was very disappointed my original confirmed in writing reservation had been lost, that my movers charge $230 an hour and that I expected to be reimbursed for an hour of their time (I suggested a parking credit). They said "oh the people before you probably won't use it for the full four hours, we'll call you when they're out". On the day of the move the previous tenants didn't exit the loading dock until 2pm.

While it's not technically the apartments fault that the other tenants stayed past their reservation time, that obviously wouldn't have happened if they hadn't double booked the reservation to begin with. I have emailed my leasing office again to request reimbursement in the form of a parking credit. I've been very polite, like I get it's just a clerical error and I don't want it to poison my relationship at this new building, but I don't think I should have to eat the cost of their mistake. At this point they seem to just be ignoring me and I don't know what to do. Do I have a leg to stand on here or am I just out of luck?
