Issue with PC boot

I'm having an unusual issue with my pc. I'm hoping someone experienced a similar and can help troubleshoot the issue.

PC shuts down immediately after pushing the power button.

I took everything out except the cpu, ram and the ssd (with OS ofc)

Cpu and psu fans spin, there is a "click" and power shuts off.

So. I took out my PSU and plugged it into an older PC and it works with no issues.

I took an old PSU plugged in my main pc and it boots without issues. Everything works, no indications of cpu or ram failures.

Difference between two psu is the fact that the old one has 4pin cpu connector and new one is 8pin, and the old one has less power.

So I loaned another new and functional psu with 8pin cpu connection, and I have the same issue, still won't turn on.

PC was been running fine for few years until It started freezing on screen saver, occasionally refusing to boot and finally not even getting to boot menu.

I tried updating BIOS (using the old psu which makes the PC work) and removing battery and reseting BIOS too - no results.

What do you guys think could be the issue?
