I'm 31(f), happily married to the love of my life (also 31f) and for the very first time in the almost 8 years we've been together, I just feel gross after sex. I have no clue why. And I know it has nothing to do with my partner. I've just been overcome with this dark cloud of funk and I'm angry because why the hell would I feel this way after a perfectly normal sexual encounter with the one person I'm positive that I love to have sex with? I feel like a monster because that's my wife. What is wrong with me?

Yes, I'm aware I'm overthinking. Just feeling very alone because I don't really know any other demisexuals in my life that could relate or would be comfortable enough talking about this with me.
