Hi. I am buying a binder for my 13 year old.

Any advice very much appreciated as I am quite nervous to ensure it is safe.

I was looking at the lite version from spectrum as a tester with less compression. Does anyone know if it still offers enough compression to make a difference please?

Any other advice more than welcome.
