6 scoops whey protein and 4 eggs per day diet. How's that?
My TDEE is around 2800, as per my calculations I believe.
Stats:
22M, 173cm, 86.7kgs weight, 23/24% bf. I have a decent bit of muscle as well.
Activity burn:
Walking 10km per day or equivalent running for 6 days a week.
Gym 4 days a week.
Cricket Match, 45/50 overs per innings, one day a week.
Cricket Training, once a week.
On top of all this, there's day to day walking and activities as well.
So far my diet has not been very good.
Sleep is solid at 7.5 hours a day.
Water is above 4.5 to 5 liters everyday.
I want to have abs in the next 84 days, or reach as near as I can in this period in a healthy way.
My plan is to keep deficit of 1200 kcal per day for the next 84 days. I'll add 2 refeed days at maintenance at day 50 and day 70, apart from that I'll do 1200 deficit per day.
For the past 16 days I've done a deficit of 900 kcal per day, and I'm constantly hitting PRs in gym without feeling hungry at all. I was eating plenty of fish, which I'm getting tired of now.
Hence, the new diet.
6 scoops of whey protein: 750kcal, 132g protein.
4 eggs whole: 300kcal, 24g protein.
150g oats in milk: total 300kcal, 14g protein.
1 coffee + 1 banana: total 250kcal, 12g protein.
Total for the day: 1600kcal, 182g protein.
I'll munch on some veggies like a horse. I'll have pepper, onion, carrots, etc etc.
How's this diet for the next 84 days?
