Is there a phone number to contact tech support?
Does anyone have a contact number for Telus home Internet tech support?
Update: I finally found the tech support number on the Telus website only to have an automated message tell me that the number is no longer in service and for a fee of $3.89, I can press 1 to be directed to the new number.
The situation:
I just switched to Telus fibre internet and am getting shuttled through to the Novus client portal and half of my devices are getting IP addresses that aren’t from the router, like it’s in bridge mode.
The chatbot was unable to help, and the earliest tech support call back that was offered isn’t until tomorrow night.
Is there any way to get Telus tech support on the phone directly? I’m willing to wait on hold, as getting this fixed tonight is important.
