Hey everyone! I have been a local Realtor in the area for about 2.5 years and lived here for 5 years.

Wanted to do a Ask Me Anything to see what people are wondering about the current housing market in Summerville! Ask me about neighborhoods, areas, prices, data, what helps a homes value, and anything else house related! I am so curious to see what people have questions on in the area! Please no bashing areas/realtors/etc - this is just an educational post to help people who may be moving to the area 😄
