[Bedrock] Minecraft error message not allowing me to download java

I have had both Java and bedrock for around 5 years now and only recently had this issue.

I have done so many things to trouble shoot what could be wrong but to no avail.

I have spent days researching the issue and not found a solution. I am now contemplating a factory restart on my PC or downgrading to Windows 10 as I hear people have had better luck on there.

Anyone got any 1 in a million ideas before I do this?
