The book only shows what to do to move the door up/down, left/right, in/out. What to do when it swings in like this? I’ve played with all the settings and can’t seem to fix it. HELP

We’re seeing a lot of these bugs in our house and they seem to be more active at night. What are they? And what should we do about them? Wish I could add a video but not seeing an option for that. Any help is appreciated, thank you in advance!
