Hey, throwing out a prayer, but i picked up a black Hershel carry-on, and didn’t open it for an hour after i got home from the airport. Upon opening, i discovered that it belonged to someone else. No luggage tag or other identifying information readily visible on or in the luggage.

Please PM if you see this and have my Black Hershel carry-on.
